Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may be over, but accusations are still flying at Lisa Vanderpump — or at her hubby Ken Todd, specifically. According to TMZ, two construction workers claim Ken attacked them outside his West Hollywood restaurant and are now suing for assault, battery, and slander.

The workers — brothers Kevin and David Cazaref — say they were minding their own business and demolishing a sidewalk with a concrete chipper when Ken began to complain about their work “in a rude and aggressive manner.”

Apparently when Kevin asked Ken to show him the correct way to do the job, Lisa’s hubby shoved him, leaving David no option but to alert the incident to a Sheriff’s deputy.

The lawsuit claims that Ken then apologized and offered Kevin “a sum of money as a gesture of good faith,” though that wasn’t good enough for the bros. That apparently hurt Ken’s pride and he was enraged and began yelling that the brothers were trying to blackmail him.

As TMZ points out, this situation should sound pretty familiar because Ken actually sued the bros last October, claiming that he was the one who was attacked. According to the brothers, that case was thrown out because Ken didn’t show up to court.
