Joyce Giraud of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently sat down with Nicole magazine to discuss life, beauty, and charity, and she gave a lot of really interesting insights into her struggles and triumphs on RHOBH.

The beauty dished on why she joined the show: “They approached me when I was in the middle of filming Siberia and I thought that perhaps a reality show wasn’t the best thing for me at the moment. I did watch the show before joining the cast and I knew it was a great platform. All these women have used the platform that the show gave them for their different endeavors. I wanted to promote my charity based pageant, Queen of the Universe.”

However, one thing made her pause before jumping into the craziness of RHOBH. “I was slightly scared,” Joyce confessed. “Specifically at the beginning when I saw that editing is a huge factor but I always remained true to myself and I think at the end of the day regardless of the editing the audience can see the real you.”

As for the future, Joyce has a lot planned. “My husband and I are in preproduction of three movies, a Latin show, and a children’s animation,” Joyce shared. “I’m doing a very unique nail polish line, and finally I’m developing a hair care line because people always ask me about my hair care system. I do a mask once a week that my grandma taught me how to make so I want to share it with everyone.”

Having amazing hair like Joyce sounds like a dream, and we can’t wait to see everything else the ambitious beauty is working on!
