Last year was not the best year for Camille Grammer. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star underwent a battle with cancer and an alleged attack by ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos. She filed a restraining order and charged him with assault. But now, according to TMZ, a grand jury has dismissed the case!

The site reports when Dimitri appeared before a grand jury yesterday, May 28, they decided there was not enough evidence to proceed with the case. What does that mean? Well, Dimitri is free to go and is clear of charges.

Ever since the alleged altercation, Camille has released intense photos of her supposed injuries while Dimitri’s team has repeatedly denied he attacked Camille. Dimitri’s lawyer even went as far as to say that Camille’s black eye was a “bad mascara job.”

Camille has yet to speak out about this unfortunate development in the case, though her camp spoke to TMZ, telling the site that they are baffled by the decision. They say the fact there was enough evidence to support a restraining order was plenty of evidence to get the case started.

No word yet on if Camille will attempt to take the matter any further, but we’ll keep you updated!
