We’ve got some good news and some bad news. The good news? Kyle Richards, Brandi Glanville, Yolanda Foster, and Kim Richards have reportedly signed on for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The bad news? Apparently Lisa Vanderpump is still holding out.

According to All About The Real Housewives, now that Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia have been fired and the women have fought for more money, the returning cast is almost locked in for next year.

“As of Friday, all the women except Carlton and Joyce have officially signed back on to the show,” a source tells the site. “Everyone keeps asking Lisa if she has really quit or not, but she is taking her time before she confirms her return.”

So why is the British restaurateur holding out? Perhaps it has something to do with her co-stars attacking her all season?

“Lisa feels genuinely sad by how the other women treated her last season, and so does her family. Although she is the only Housewife who hasn’t signed back on, fans can expect to see her back on the next season,” the source continues. “Filming is set to start pretty soon and potential new Housewives have been testing on camera, but Lisa is having some playful fun knowing that the show wants her more than she wants it. She is keeping busy with her own spinoff show which has been filming its third season, as well as promoting her new LVP Sangria.”

If this source is to be believed, Lisa is just playing the waiting game, drawing things out. It’s always best to have the upper hand, and we’re not surprised that Lisa is keeping her cards close — though it’s good to know she’ll be back.
