At this point, we know that Brandi Glanville’s name isn’t far from LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian’s mouths in their new VH1 reality show, LeAnn & Eddie, and we definitely didn’t see a potential lawsuit on the horizon. If a new report from Life & Style is to be believed, that’s exactly what might be happening!

So how does Brandi even have a plausible claim? Apparently, Eddie wanted to throw a clause in their divorce that would prohibit them from publicly trash-talking each other — not a bad idea, considering how both he and Brandi are very much in the public eye.

“Eddie was worried that if Brandi bad-mouthed him, it would hurt his career,” an insider told the site. “But the clause works both ways and she thinks he and LeAnn have completely violated it. She doesn’t give a crap what they think about her behind closed doors, but to attack her on TV, where it can affect her children — it’s disgusting.”

Brandi is supposedly seeking legal advice when it comes to this situation — so nothing formal has been filed yet. That being said, with LeAnn & Eddie set to premiere on July 17, it’ll be interesting to see what (if anything) comes of this. Could it halt the show from being aired? We’re definitely interested to find out!
