Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif Have a Prenup, She Wants Full Custody of the Kids: Report

Reports indicate the decision to separate between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif was mutual. However, according to Radar Online, a source close to Adrienne has stated that the Housewife won’t compromise when it comes to issues concerning their three sons — Gavin, Colin, and Christian — or her family fortune.

The source continues that Adrienne will pursue full legal custody of the kids (despite Paul’s request for joint custody), because “she is the parent who is with the kids the most … [and] believes this is what is best for them.” Adrienne “thinks Paul will try and go after her money,” says the source, but as we learned in Season 1 of RHoBH, the couple has a prenup.

If these reports are true, the separation process will be much less amicable than it originally seemed.
