Adrienne Maloof Reflects on This Season of RHoBH: “We Faced Our Struggles”
After reading the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ final Bravo blogs, we’ve come to one general consensus: All the drama, name-calling, and buckets full of tears only made the housewives stronger in the end.
Sure, there’s still that pesky little rumor that the Housewives aren’t actually friends off-screen, but the always polite Adrienne Maloof is typing a rather different tune about her co-stars in her Bravo blog.
“There is a quote by Frederick Douglass that I love. He once said, ‘If there is no struggle, there is no progress,’ and I think that sums up this season. We faced our struggles, but everyone now has new things to look forward to, and for that I am grateful,” Adrienne writes.
The Maloof heiress also joked about husband Paul’s hilarious on-screen colonoscopy, and how she was happy to support her hubby — but only to a point. She writes: “Leave it to Paul to make something serious absolutely dramatic and hysterical. Being a doctor, you'd think he'd be practical and clinical about getting the test done, but no — there he was, asking for someone to hold his hand (amongst other things he wanted me to do that we don't need to discuss again). I was happy to be there in the beginning of the appointment because I wanted to support his choice to get the test. I knew my husband was full of hot air, I just didn't know how much! LOL!”
