It was a case of one housewife's words against another’s in Season 3, Episode 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The ladies just couldn’t keep quiet about the supposed legal wranglings between Adrienne Maloof and Brandi Glanville during the tense tea party. Brandi insisted that she was being sued by Adrienne, who denied sending any sort of letter to the former model threatening legal action.

Although Taylor Armstrong called her a liar, Adrienne maintains that she is definitely not suing Brandi.

I want to be 100 percent clear that there is no lawsuit, a fact which can be confirmed by a simple search of court records,” Adrienne wrote in her Bravo blog. “There was no letter to Brandi and, most importantly, there is no lawsuit, as she keeps claiming.”

She explained that her lawyer did send letters earlier this year to a former business associate suspected of leaking personal information about the Maloofs, and that Brandi could have received one of those letters. But Adrienne drew the focus back to how her own family has suffered from all the drama caused by her fellow housewife.

“I am disappointed that not only have my family and my children been put through everything that this season has brought, but also that I am now being painted as a liar,” she wrote. “I truly hope that we can close this chapter and all move on.”

We hope so too, Adrienne. But we have a feeling we won’t be hearing the last of this hot topic, at least not until the Season 3 reunion special!
