While Part 1 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3 finale was explosive and confrontational, it seems the real emotional wallops were saved for Part 2.
“Kyle was always doubting Kim’s sobriety,” Brandi said. “And I almost feel like it would make her happy if she failed.”
Taylor Armstrong audibly gasps. Andy Cohen’s jaw drops.
Kyle immediately gets teary and tells Brandi she knows nothing of her history with Kim. “I spent every f**king night … saying a prayer to God to keep my sister sober,” says Kyle. “That is the meanest thing you can say.”
Brandi responds that she’s not trying to be mean. “I’m not trying to hurt you, I’m saying that is what comes across to me,” she tells Kyle.
Andy asks Kyle’s sister for a response. When Kim seems unable to answer, Taylor Armstrong jumps in to say, “You know your sister loves you and supports you and wants you to be sober.” Finally, through her tears, Kim says she doesn’t want to hear that anyone would want to fail.
Hopefully, Kim has come to far to fail now.
