Camille Grammer is looking to drop more property. According to TMZ, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is selling her huge Malibu mansion — which she shared with Kelsey Grammer and their children — for a whopping four times the price she paid for it back in 1998.

Reportedly, Cam Gram and her ex-husband nabbed the 9 bedroom, 12.5 bathroom palace (which boasts a kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck) for $4.5 million but have now listed the estate for $17.9 million.

That’s quite a hike, no? When Camille gave the ladies a tour of her pad pre-Dinner Party From Hell in Season 1 of RHoBH, she pointed out that the mansion had undergone some intense remodeling. (RIP, indoor moat.)

The former couple — whose dirty laundry has been spilled all over the place courtesy of Kelsey’s recent Oprah’s Next Chapter interview — is also selling their Beverly Hills estate (for $18 million) and a Beaver Creek, Colorado home (listed at $7 mil) as a part of their divorce agreement and will split the proceeds of the sale.

Be sure to ask the real estate agent if you’ll ever get that e-cig smell out.
