The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills play their fabulous selves on the small screen, but plenty of them have acting experience as well. Kim and Kyle Richards were both child actors, but they’re not the only Housewives to have some camera time under their belts long before they became reality stars. How’d they do? We’ll let you be the judge of that.

Lisa Vanderpump was a vixen in many a 1980s music video, but she also showed her acting chops on shows like Silk Stockings, playing the widow of a murdered millionare in the episode “Team Spirit.” Let's just say Ms. Vanderpump wears the role of a young, bikini-clad (and not-so-grieving) wife very well.

Camille Grammer was shaking what her mama gave her on Club MTV back in the day, but she also made some acting cameos before she began life as a Real Housewife. Bummer alert: most of them were with now ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, including her small but hilarious role in An American Carol. Cut to 1:45 for her best line, and enjoy.

Kim Richards was a super successful child star, but in sticking with the ‘80s theme we see developing, we’re going to pick her appearance on Magnum PI as our favorite.

Kyle Richards followed in big sis Kim’s acting footsteps, and started her career at a very young age. As an adult she’s made appearances in shows like CSI and ER (click to 3:30 if you want to see this glamour-puss in scrubs!). We think the very adorable young Kyle in the very creepy The Watcher in the Woods is our favorite part of her resume.

Finally, according to a perusal of Yolanda H. Foster’s IMDB page, she appeared on an episode of the HBO show 1st & 10 back in 1991. Since that was before everything ever made was put on the internet, we have been as yet unable to track footage of it down. If anyone has it and cares to share, we’re dying to see it.
