The Real Housewives franchise is a hotbed for business deals gone wrong. Just this summer, MyMedicalRecords.com filed a lawsuit against Taylor and Russell Armstrong for $1.5 million. Now, Taylor’s co-star Dana Wilkey and fiance John Flynn are being sued for allegedly defrauding a business investor out of $35,000 (only slightly more than Dana’s $25,000 pair of sunnies).

The investor, Mary Painter, claims she gave money to Wilkey, Flynn, and another partner in 2008 and was told she’d receive 10% in returns. The lawsuit filed with the L.A. Supreme Court does not say exactly what Painter invested in.

Painter says she’s attempted to pull her cash out of the deal multiple times to no avail. Now, she’s trying to get the law on her side and is slapping the couple with breach of contract and fraudulent representation, among other charges. She’s also demanding the trio give all her money back, plus damages.

However, Flynn tells TMZ, "There is no fraud. Dana Wilkey is not a properly named defendant, and we expect to continue to negotiate and gain dismissal of this lawsuit as quick as possible."
