There were a few ladies missing during Part 1 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Season 2 reunion. While Kyle Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong, and Lisa Vanderpump were all up in the drama, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards, and Dana Wilkey were nowhere to be found (until Brandi popped up for a hot minute at the very end). But don’t think that just because “Friend of the Housewives” Dana Wilkey wasn’t actually invited means she’s not going to speak her mind about it!
Despite her absence, Ms. Wilkey had quite a lot to say about the first leg of the reunion, and in true Housewife fashion, Dana took to her Bravo blog to rehash some of the reunion’s dramatic moments. First, Lisa Vanderpump told host Andy Cohen that Dana was the housewife most in need of a makeover: “She heard ‘who has had the biggest makeover in the group?’That would, of course, be me with my weight loss. Yay! Or at least I keep telling myself that. LOL!” wrote Dana. Whatever helps you sleep at night, girlfriend.
Clearly bruised by Lisa’s remark, the reality star couldn’t just let the makeover comment go without getting in one good jab about Lisa’s appearance. “I must point out in retaliation that she wears the same dress cut in different colors all the time and her costume jewelry looks like it walked out of the royal collection. So maybe she should ‘plead the fifth’ for her own sake next time! Meow,” Dana wrote. Harsh words, but she’s right about Lisa being fashion repeater.
The smack-talking didn’t stop there. The part-time housewife also shared her thoughts about Adrienne and Lisa sparring. Claws came out when Andy Cohen brought up how Lisa had jokingly called Adrienne’s shoe line the “Maloof Hoof”— a nickname Adrienne found very “hurtful” (and most Wetpaint Entertainment readers thought was pretty benign). In Dana’s eyes, Adrienne had every right to be so offended because her business is “sacred” to her.
But Dana actually defended her British cast mate when it came to whether or not she had sold stories to the media.“Wasn't it weird everybody thought Lisa was selling stories? I mean we don't get along (why would we, she's so coy with her opulent excess and I'm so in your face with mine), but I still feel like why would Lisa sell a story? I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt here, although she has been offensive to my girl Taylor in the past. She has never been dishonest to anyone that I am aware of, just a little b---hy with her back handed compliments,” Dana wrote.
Hm. Sounds a little like someone else we know.
