Good news for those looking for a Hollywood-style nip/tuck: You no longer have to fly all the way to Tinseltown to get one! Dr. Paul Nassif, celebrity facial and reconstructive surgeon and fan favorite on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is opening a second office on the East Coast. Nassif will now divide his time between his L.A. practice and his new one in NYC, which will be located on Park Avenue (of course!). Nassif, hubby to mogul Adrienne Maloof, chatted with Wetpaint Entertainment about why he made the decision to branch out east and how it will affect his time with the Mrs.

Wetpaint Entertainment: You obviously have a very successful Beverly Hills practice. Why open a New York City office?
Paul Nassif: I have a large percentage of patients who come from back east and they’re always asking me, ‘Why don’t you have a practice out here?’ Finally, the demand for it got to the point where I realized it was time to bite the bullet.

So how often will you be in New York?
The plan is for me to come every six weeks, for four to five days at a time. I’ll do consultations, check-ins and, of course, perform surgeries. I’ll offer the full spectrum of facial and reconstructive surgery options.

Will Adrienne be coming with you?
From time to time. I’m sure there will be occasions where she’ll have business on the East Coast the same time I do. But even if she doesn’t, we won’t be apart on weekends.

Do East Coast patients differ in their requests from West Coast ones?
Not so much anymore — most patients want the same thing these days. The big trend now is less is more. People don’t want to look “done.”

Rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty is still very popular. The nose everyone comes in asking for is Megan Fox. She has an elegant, natural-looking nose. And then of course everyone on both coasts loves their Botox and fillers.

At the end of the day, people don’t want to look like they’ve spent a lot of time in the surgeon’s office…they just want to look good!
