Don’t believe the hype. Despite a recent report claiming that Emma Hemming, wife of movie star Bruce Willis and longtime friend of Brandi Glanville, is considering a role on the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Wetpaint Entertainment can exclusively confirm that the rumor is false.

Although Brandi and Emma do go way back (they met years ago during their modeling days), Emma has no interest in joining Brandi on the hit Bravo show, according to an insider. “Emma and Brandi are close, but they couldn’t be more different,” the insider explains.” Brandi puts it all out there, she doesn’t care — but Emma is a really, really private person. She has no interest in living her life in front of the cameras.”

“Even if Emma did want to do the show, I don’t think Bruce would ever allow that,” the insider continues. “They don’t need the money or the fame, they have plenty of both.”

“Besides, Emma and Bruce are about to welcome their first child together. And Emma’s already stepmother to Bruce’s three daughters with Demi Moore. Think about that. This is not a family that wants their lives taped for the world to see. They’re all extremely close and extremely private.”

“No one knows how the rumor about Emma doing the show got started but it is not true. Emma supports Brandi, but she has zero interest in joining the cast.”
