Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow thinks Gretchen Rossi and her beau Slade Smiley need to consider seeing a shrink to sort through the kinks in their relationship.

Heather, who helped Slade shop for an engagement ring in Season 7, Episode 14, was surprised by Gretchen’s thoughts on her relationship with Slade, especially since she knew what a “flowery place” Slade was in about it all.

She wrote on her Bravo blog today that “[Gretchen] and Slade do not seem like they are on the same page.”

Heather feels so strongly about that disconnect that she added, “I care about Gretchen a lot, and I know she has been down this road before. It's clear the two of them need to go to a counselor and figure out the logistics of their relationship.”

Gretchen and Heather had a sit-down during the episode in which Gretchen threw out the idea of chatting with a third party about their couplehood. Heather wrote on her blog she hopes this happens, because she and hubby Terry totally “like Gretchen and Slade” as a couple and “are pulling for them to work this out.”
