Heather Dubrow Talks About Changing Her Name on Real Housewives of Orange County
In Season 7, Episode 15 of Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather Paige Kent finally became Heather Dubrow — officially. After 12 years of marriage and four children, she finally took the plunge and husband Terry’s last name.
It was a touching moment when Terry learned the news, and in her latest Bravo blog, Heather talked about what it meant to her to go through with the name change.
“It was a struggle between my past, present, and future,” writes Heather. “[F]or most people changing your name after marriage is a no brainer — for me it wasn’t” Still, after she broke the news to Terry, she loved his reaction. “It totally touched my heart to see how much it meant to him,” she wrote. “I love my husband fiercely. He is an amazingly smart, generous, sweet, sexy man. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world when I am with him.”
