Kyle Richards appears to be playing the diplomatic role when it comes to her disastrous White Party on Season 3, Episode 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In her Bravo blog, Kyle insists that people who weren’t comfortable interacting with one another shouldn’t have to come to the party at all, pointing to last year’s awkward situation with Camille Grammer and the Armstrongs.

“I don’t ever want to be put in that position again,” she wrote.

Kyle also avoided taking sides in the conflict between Brandi Glanville and Adrienne Maloof that took place at her soiree, writing that all the talk about letters and lawyers and emails had her head spinning.

“I was and STILL am confused,” Kyle wrote. “I guess Adrienne's lawyer sent a letter warning her to stop talking about them, but nothing was filed so it's not a lawsuit? And was Brandi showing that letter or emails about Bernie selling stories? Or both!?!”

We admit, we’re not exactly sure what Brandi showed the Maloofs either, but it did appear to be proof of something.

As for her confusing phone call with Taylor over the whereabouts of her daughter Kennedy, Kyle tried to fill in some of the details glossed over in the episode.

“Taylor had arranged for Kennedy to go to her mom's for the weekend and had no clue the nanny had decided to let her stay and play with Portia,” she wrote. “I thought I would be seeing Taylor at Kim's and that she would be happy I brought both the girls with me. Some of this was discussed, but not all of our phone conversation was aired.”

Still, we think it in poor taste for Taylor’s confusion to become gossip fodder for the housewives at Kim’s nose unveiling party. We’re curious to hear what Kyle has to say about that!
