Expect to see a slimmer and trimmer Kyle Richards on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3. In an interview with Style Goes Strong, Kyle admitted to putting on a few pounds during RHoBH Season 2 but says she gotten in shape since then.

Citing bickering with her sister Kim as a source of stress, Kyle says, “I'm just one of those people who get stressed and gain weight. Now that Kim’s staying sober and doing well, Kyle’s dropped 11 pounds since Season 2 ended. “I'm still not as thin as I want to be, and it gets harder each year with age,” she admitted.

Kyle explained her workout regimen, saying “I love spinning. I've been spinning and hiking three to four days a week, which has been amazing.” But Kyle thinks working out does more than keep her physically healthy. She says, “Exercise makes me much better mentally. It keeps me sane."
