Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Kyle Richards was Anderson Cooper’s “Anderson Live” co-host yesterday and yours truly was in the audience live-tweeting the show for Wetpaint Entertainment.
Backstage, I had the chance to chat with Kyle about Season 3, which kicked off last night, and she told me the most stressful part of watching would be “seeing what everyone says behind your back.” Yikes!
While onstage, she also addressed the nasty split between her co-star, Adrienne Maloof, and Adrienne’s hubby, Dr. Paul Nassif. “There was more going on than any of us realized,” Kyle noted.
But when Anderson asked about the recent photos of a bruised-looking Adrienne that Adrienne’s chef Bernie had posted on Facebook with a harsh vitriol at Nassif, blaming him for her alleged injuries, Kyle didn’t hold back. Refusing to name him, she stated, “The guy who posted them is not a very nice person.”
Frankly, we agree. In addition to invading Adrienne’s privacy by posting such intimate photos on the Internet and inserting himself into her marriage drama, Bernie’s also been posting hateful messages about co-star Brandi Glanville on his Facebook account. We don’t know what he’s looking to gain out of it, but we think it’s time he butt out.
Happily, Kyle’s co-hosting duties ended on a high note. Or should we say, a low note. Way low. Anderson told her his good pal Andy Cohen said she should close the show with one of her infamous splits. Every the good sport, Kyle did. Bravo, indeed!
