Leann Rimes is back, just like she said she would be.

Leann is only eight days into her 30-day rehab treatment for anxiety, but it will apparently take more than that to keep her from performing for her fans. She hit the stage last night at the Regional Arts Center in Eau Clare, WI, performing a 70-minute set without a problem. She had initially promised fans that she would be able to leave rehab each weekend to perform, and sure enough, she'll be singing in Iowa tonight and in Indiana on Sunday.

As you might imagine, Leann certainly has a lot to say about her recent troubles, including the fact that she's suing two women for allegedly recording a private phone conversation. "I'm so pissed off at a lot of things, and I just can't say it," she told the crowd on Friday, according to Radar. "So it comes out in the music."

Leann continued to provide her fans at the show with a window into her current emotional state. "I'm totally cool and so happy. I think I'm about to cry," Leann told Friday's crowd. And who doesn't start to cry when they're so happy?

Leann has also been using Twitter to connect with her fans during this tumultuous time, even though hubby Eddie Cibrian apparently doesn't like it when she tweets, according to Radar. Regardless, Leann found time to tweet about last night's show: "Thanks to all my wonderful fans in Wisconsin. You showed me an amazing amount of love and respect tonight. Love you always." We love you, too, Leann.

According to Us Weekly, Leann's main concern is surrounding Eddie, as she apparently is worried that he'll always have a wandering eye. "She's been stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried that Eddie is cheating on her," according to the Us source.

Leann will return to rehab after tomorrow's show, and she plans to continue to perform every weekend throughout her treatment. We wish her all the best, and we aren't alone, as even outspoken Brandi Glanville is putting their tension aside to wish Leann the best. And if these two can patch things up, then who can't?
