It seems Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is a magnet for betrayal. First, ex-houseguest Cedric Martinez took advantage of the restaurant mogul and now Lisa claims co-star Kyle Richards dropped her after taking a $1 million dollars from the Vanderpump-Todds.

According to The Huffington Post, when Lisa put her 17,000-square-foot mansion on the market, she enlisted the help of Kyle’s realtor hubby Mauricio Umansky. Lisa’s pad sold for a cool $21 million, and Kyle’s family walked away with a generous gift of a $1 million. Not a bad bonus!

"She could have listed the property with anyone but, as a friend, she wanted to help Kyle out. Lisa would rather give the money to a pal than a stranger,” a friend of Ms. Vanderpump told The Huffington Post. “So you can only imagine how she felt when, just a few days later, Kyle turned on her."

During the reunion, Kyle compared her friendship with Lisa to a game of chess in which every move is calculated. For Lisa, Kyle’s biggest sin was failing to defend her friend while she was “under attack” by Adrienne Maloof.

So, what does poor Lisa have to say about her failing friendships? "I feel like I have been taken for a fool," Lisa tells HuffPo. "Defending them and supporting them in life and in business.”

If Adrienne and Kyle hope to patch things up, they better not hold their breath. Lisa says she won’t be quick to forgive. “You can't just apologize and move on after this,” she says.

While the crumbling friendships sound like the perfect storyline for a Season 3, we’d rather have the ladies get along!
