Just days after the announcement his split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, Dr. Paul Nassif was spotted out with their three boys last night. TMZ reports Paul  was all smiles, and though he was without his wedding ring, the busy surgeon often left the band at home even before the separation. TMZ also reports Paul doesn’t want his divorce to be a theme the upcoming season of RHoBH.

Though other sources who have suggested Adrienne will seek full custody of their children, an insider tells TMZ that those reports are false. The source states, "Dr. Nassif’s sole focus is making sure both Adrienne and the kids are as happy as possible in this very difficult time."

Paul filed for legal separation from Adrienne on Monday and requested joint custody of their three sons.
