Things have been relatively quiet with Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif ever since he was awarded supervised visitation at the end of last month. Now it looks like the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her soon-to-be-ex-husband have finally reached a custody agreement regarding their three sons.

Radar Online reports that the former couple reached an agreement on Friday after meeting with their respective lawyers and a mediator. Paul requested a fifty-fifty split of custody of the boys, but per the agreement, it won’t be quite so balanced.

“The boys will be with Adrienne a majority of the time, with Paul being granted visitation, and there are layers of protection in the agreement to ensure the boys are in a safe environment,” reports an insider.

Before this consensus was reached, matters had become very combative between the two. Adrienne sought and received temporary custody and a restraining order against Paul in late September after alleging that he choked one of their sons in his car. Paul responded by producing a report from the Department of Children and Family Services that found no evidence to substantiate Adrienne’s claim. Paul was then granted a monitored visitation session with the children.

According to the source, "Both Adrienne and Paul worked diligently to reach the custody agreement that was fair and was truly in the best interests of the children."
