Was Adrienne Maloof fired from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, or is she leaving the show of her own accord? That may be a debate for the ages.

One source close to Bravo is saying that the producers gave her the boot, while a source close to Adrienne says it was her own decision to leave the show behind, according to People.

"The producers were begging Adrienne to come back to the show and the reunion right up until the last minute," says the source connected to Adrienne.

As Wetpaint Entertainment exclusively reported, Adrienne opted out of attending the Season 3 reunion, which taped last week.

"Housewives was part of her past," the Adrienne source continues. "She's looking to the future."

Meanwhile, the source close to the producers maintains that Adrienne was "let go" and that "producers were sick of her constant tardiness and her issues."

Hmmm. It's hard to know who to believe here. We can certainly understand why Adrienne would want to get far away from her drama with Brandi Glanville, along with distancing herself from her messy divorce with Paul Nassif.

Regardless of whose decision it was for Adrienne to leave, there's no question that Season 4 will have a much different look from this season. Adrienne joins Camille Grammer as one of the Housewives who will reportedly not be returning.

So will you miss Adrienne, or do you agree that it was time for her to go? Let us know!
