There’s more acrimony between Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif. TMZ reports The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was granted a restraining order against her estranged husband, Paul Nassif, yesterday.

Paul must stay 100 feet away from Adrienne and their three sons and must not go near the home or the kids’ school, per the order’s restrictions. The news comes on the heels of TMZ’s report that Adrienne was granted temporary custody of the children, because Paul allegedly choked one of them. The samed judge ruled on both issues.

Another hearing is set for October 9 to decide whether the restraining order and custody ruling will become permanent.
