Real Housewives of Orange County’s Gretchen Rossi just got a little bit richer.

Gretchen is victorious in her legal battle against her acquaintance, Jay Photoglou, and has been awarded $500,000 in damages and $23,250 in punitive damages.

The legal drama between the two dates back to 2010, when Gretchen sued Jay for defamation, assault, battery, and other alleged offenses. A judge threw out the defamation charge in late 2010 but moved forward with the other charges.

Gretchen is rumored to also be seeking a restraining order against Jay.

We’re wishing Gretchen all the best as she moves on with her life — and she seems to be doing just that. Today she tweeted, “I woke up feeling like a half million bucks today! LOL!! What a great day today is! Finally all behind me!!”
