The Real Housewives of Orange County premiere ended on a particularly awkward note as the ladies gathered at Heather Dubrow’s house for a fancy clambake, and Tamra Barney debated whether to say “hi” to former BFF Vicki Gunvalson.

Will these two be able to bury the hatchet, or will Heather’s party go down in RHOC history as “The Clambake From Hell”?

According to our Real Housewives of Orange County spoilers, Tamra and Vicki do make an attempt to hash things out in private during the shindig — while locked together in a wine cellar, of course.

“Vicki and I never talk about stuff,” Tamra Barney tells the camera. “We put bandaids on it and it’s done, and I want to change it.”

Speaking to Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra says, “I think we’ve been friends long enough that we owe each other the time to sit down and kind of just talk this out.”

Tamara explains she knows things have been rough between them, but that she considers Vicki practically to be family and wants to work on their relationship.

Meanwhile, Gretchen worries about Tamra falling for Vicki’s “song and pony dance.”

“I’m just hoping that Tamra’s smart knowing that this is Vicki’s M.O.,” Gretchen says to the camera.

Now in tears, Vicki says to Tamra, “I’m not happy because I can’t be with the person I really feel is good for me because of all the negativity out there,” referring to her relationship with Brooks Ayers. “That’s why we made a decision to stop,” Vicki continues.

Tamra tells her not to worry so much about what other people think, saying, “You need to stand behind him then.”

Do you think Tamra and Vicki will be able to sort things out on RHoOC, or will Heather’s party turn into a complete disaster?
