Real Housewives' Tamra Barney Says She Doesn’t Hate Alexis Bellino, She Feels Sorry For Her

Season 7, Episode 15 of Real Housewives of Orange County ended with Tamra Barney giving Alexis Bellino a real piece of her mind. When Alexis asked her to be up-front about her feelings, Tamra launched into a tirade of insults about Alexis’ honesty, vanity, and much, much more.

In her recent Bravo blog, she took it even further. “Let’s get one thing straight,” Tamra writes. “I do not hate Alexis. I actually feel sorry for her.” Oh, well, that’s... nice?

She goes on to say she’s “beautiful and oftentimes has a kind heart” but continues that Alexis is “hard to tolerate” and calls her “fake and pretentious.” In Tamra’s opinion, the bubbly blonde viewers have come to know on the show is not who Alexis is when the cameras stop rolling.

“I am not worried about being the richest, smartest, or prettiest Housewife. I am just me and I want people to know that everyone has problems, if you're on TV or not,” Tamra writes. In contrast, she thinks that Alexis’s “rented lifestyle” aside, the real reason she’ll never get along with her co-star is “the way she talks down to people at stores, restaurants, the girl that designs her dresses, etc. I am a person that does not care if you pick up my trash or perform surgery on me — everyone should be treated the same.”

Speaking of people who perform surgery on Tamra, the housewife is sorry for telling Alexis that Heather Dubrow’s husband, Terry, called her the phoniest person he knows. “I threw Terry under the bus and that was not cool. I am truly sorry for that,” she wrote.

We’re glad she apologized. That is not how OC ladies should treat their plastic surgeons!
