Someone’s about to be a proud grandma! Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson is certainly excited to welcome her first grandchild. Daughter Briana married marine Ryan Culberson back in November, and now she’s about five months pregnant.

Though Vicki has been staying mum about the news, it seems she’s finally ready to spill the beans and show the world the ultrasound. “Can't wait to meet my grandson in October. He's beautiful and healthy,” she tweeted, along with the photo.
