Following a tumultuous season of drama, many thought the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills would be undergoing a major face lift (a metaphorical one, natch). But according to recent casting reports, that no longer seems to be true.
While Taylor Armstrong seemed to be a shoo-in for dismissal, she now appears to be back in the cast, according to Perez Hilton.
“Taylor began filming for the fourth season of RHOBH last week," a source said. "It was a bit of a shock to see Taylor in front of the camera again because the crew thought she was a goner for sure. The viewers just don’t like her."
But it isn't just Taylor. Apparently Yolanda Foster has been rumored to have made the casting cut as well.
“Yolanda is quickly becoming a fan favorite because she is becoming the mama bear of the group, and calls the ladies out on their catty ways when necessary.”
While these choices and the lack of turnover on the cast seems curious, it seems less a decision on behalf of the show and more a decision dictated by the producers and directors inability to find any kind of suitable replacements.
The source continued, "It has been so hard to find replacements for Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer, that producers had no choice but to bring her (Taylor) back.”
As the old saying goes, the devil you know is better than the one you don't know. Only time will tell if this proves to be true for the RHoBH producers!
