Mohamed Hadid — Lisa’s affluent pal with the enormous mansion where Pandora Vanderpump had her engagement party — was introduced to the Rocky star by the British beauty. In 2009, Stallone hired Hadid as his general contractor to do some work on his mansion. Sly claims Hadid underperformed and swindled him out of tons of money with what he calls a “shameful” home repair plan.
Stallone enlisted badass celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to file a lawsuit in the LA County, and it looks like things are about to get ugly. TMZ reports the lawsuit claims Stallone hired Hadid because he came highly recommended by the queen of good taste, Lisa Vanderpump. But the developer didn’t deliver, and the 65-year-old star claims he was left with "inexpensive, damaged, deteriorating, and uneven cabinetry and malfunctioning appliances" in his once-gorgeous mansion.
As for Lisa, she told TMZ she may have introduced the men, but says “they're old enough to make their own decisions."
Guess this puts an end to our hopes that Sly’s wife would be cast as a “Friend of the Housewives.”
