While accusations continue to fly about Vicki Gunvalson's main squeeze Brooks Ayers, one thing is for sure: Vicki won't be out on the street anytime soon.
The OG O.C. housewife has been formalizing details of her divorce settlement with ex-husband Donn — the details of their spousal support was a hot topic during Part 1 of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion — and now, things seem to be working in Vicki's favor. TMZ reports that new legal documents show that Vicki was granted sole ownership over their Coto de Caza home, as seen on the show: A 5,400 square foot mansion on an acre of property that the Gunvalsons attempted to sell last year for $2.695 million. Go get 'em, Vic!
Now the question that we really want to know: With so much recent drama, will Vicki be holding down the fort alone, or will Brooks be an ongoing fixture at the Gunvalson home?
