It’s been a rough Season 7 for Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson. When Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with her at Patti Stanger’s birthday party on June 14 in Los Angeles, she admitted how tough it’s been — and there’s more where that came from with the season finale and the reunion.
Wetpaint Entertainment: Is there going to be a lot of drama in the finale episode?
Vicki Gunvalson: You know, unfortunately there was a lot of drama. I always try to think it could
just be really easy, and it never turns out to be easy. With OC we hopefully will show the real us and some class in the midst of it.
How was the reunion? I hear it was pretty intense.
It was really intense. It was hard. So we got through it. It’s part of our lives and we just had to stay focused on what’s real in our lives and our family and our work and our health. I’m going to be a grandma so I’m really excited about that. I’m just really trying to stay positive right now.
When you have the cameras rolling when filming the show do you guys
consciously try to be as least dramatic as possible or is it hard not to get
caught up in it?
I do! The other girls don’t [Laughs].
And then you react? I guess you’d have to!
And then I react! I try but sometimes I lose it.
So it will be a good season finale?
It will. I think it’s going to leave you with a little bit of “wow!” You just really don’t know what will happen at the end. It will be good.
