The ceremony took place in Santa Barbara, California and both Vicki and soon-to-be-ex-husband Donn walked Bri down the aisle. “Briana was glowing and was the most beautiful bride I had ever seen,” she wrote. “I went ‘all out’ for her.” She and Briana shared a dance to a song called “Mommy’s Little Girl,” and Vicki reports that there was not “a dry eye at the reception.”
