Vicki's mom had no idea that her daughter had gotten plastic surgery until she found out about it while watching this week's episode, according to People.
"And she saw me right after surgery," Vicki revealed, as apparently the procedure was subtle enough for her own mother not to notice the difference.
There have been a lot of strong opinions being shared by the ladies about Vicki's new look, but Vicki tries not to let any criticism bother her.
"It's my body and it's my life. I'm only trying to make myself look the best I can be," she says. "I can't really worry about the haters. I just want to be with the lovers."
So what exactly did she have done?
"Some cartilage reconstruction on my nose," she says, along with "some fat injected in the upper part of my cheeks [and] a little chin implant." Whatever she had, it looks great!
But she seems to agree with her mom that she doesn't look too different.
"I did it right when we were filming because I was really numb, but now I don't think it's a big drastic change," Vicki explains.
As far as any remarks from her Housewives, "I have to take it with a grain of salt," she says. "We have to work together. Some days you're going to agree with your cast members, and some days you're not. You just have to deal with it."
Don't worry about anyone says, Vicki: We always love the way you look.
