Before this season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we only knew Mohamed Hadid as a close friend of Lisa Vanderpump’s who apparently has a sex dungeon in his home. (Yikes.) But now that we’ve met his ex-wife Yolanda Foster, we want to know even more about him!
Mohamed is an uber-successful real estate developer who has made his fortune developing Ritz Carlton hotels and ginormous mansions.
He and Yolanda were married for eight years and had three children — including 17-year-old Gigi, the model whom we met on the show in Season 3, Episode 2, “The Higher the Heel, the Closer to God.” Yolanda and Mohamed split up in 2003, and let’s just say she walked away with a pretty penny.
Ready to have your mind blown? According to court documents, Yolanda received a divorce settlement that included a $6 million Malibu home, a mansion in Santa Barbara, several cars, $30,000 per month in child support, and — get this! — $3.6 million burning a hole in her pocket. So yeah, we’d say she’s financially comfortable these days.
And now for what we really care about: Just how loaded is this guy? Apparently, his net worth is a whopping $100 million (!), which can certainly pay for a lot of engagement parties. Then again, Yolanda’s current husband, David Foster, has an estimated net worth of $30 million, which isn’t too shabby either.
As far as we can tell, Mohamed is still dating his (much) younger girlfriend, Julia, whom we met last season. And Real Housewives isn’t the only show you can watch Mohamed on, as he has also appeared on Shahs of Sunset.
