Kyle Richards Joined Weight Watchers!
Like many celebrities before her, Kyle Richards enlisted Weight Watchers to help whip her into shape. “It’s easy to follow. I just bought all the food and stocked up so I don’t have to worry about a meal. I like the food!” she dished to Life & Style.
On top of losing extra pounds through a healthy diet, Kyle’s working out to gain tone and definition. “I’ve been doing a good job sticking to circuit training three days a week and power yoga two days week. I see a difference!”
If Kyle can look this good — and after having four kids! — we just might have to steal this diet and exercise plan!
