Brandi Glanville Stays in Shape With Power Pilates!
While Brandi admits that her diet isn’t exactly the healthiest, she stays in shape by doing Power Pilates three times a week. “After I drop my kids off at school, I head right to my Pilates trainer. I’ve had the same one for nine years!”
Of course, staying active is an everyday part of her life, but you’ll never find her step foot on a treadmill. “I go on bike rides with my kids, walk the dogs, or go for a hike near my home. It’s the simple things that make [a difference].”
Brandi doesn’t falter from her routine, and her hard work clearly pays off! The Beverly Hills beauty was spotted looking radiant and toned as she left her Pilates studio on Wednesday, February 6.
