Brandi Glanville gave us quite the scare when news broke that she was rushed to the hospital after a lingering illness got suddenly worse. Thankfully, it was Lisa Vanderpump who came to her side, and Brandi later tweeted that she was back home and “resting up.”

Well, it appears she’s made a fully recovery as the Real Housewife of Beverly Hills was spotted looking fabulous and healthy at LAX less than one week later. Brandi, who was arriving from a trip to NYC where she filmed What What Happens Live, was the picture of cool and casual travel style in her Rick Owens leather jacket and Alexander McQueen skull scarf.
