Joanna wasn't invited to the lavish nuptials between Adriana and Frederic Marq, which aired during this week's episode. But she apparently has no regrets about not getting to participate, especially since Adriana kept being tardy for it. "The good news for me is that I wasn't there," Joanna writes in her Bravo blog. "So NO, I didn't wait 1 1/2 hours for the ceremony. NO, I didn't wait 2 hours to start eating."
And Joanna has plenty of other reasons why she feels she dodged a bullet. "NO, I didn't have to change clothes twice in the super hot summer of Miami while the bride was trying to get ready," she continues. "NO, I wasn't part of the 10 poor people selected for this wedding party, nor did I have to dress like it was the 1920s. NO, I didn't have to stay and pretend I was happy after hours of delay for... what again?"
"Oh, and NO, I wasn't invited," Joanna clarifies. "I have never been so happy to say so many NOs." Well, that clears that up.
On the contrary, Joanna feels that her wedding — which airs later this season — was more enjoyable for the guests. "My wedding was a true fairytale, and I know by the fact that everyone had a blast," she writes. "Yes, we actually made sure our guests were guaranteed a wonderful time." She adds that "everything that is happening to me is REAL and wonderful," yet another dig at Adriana.
So do you wish Joanna wasn't so harsh about Adriana's wedding? Or do you think she made some valid points?
