It's time for cake and lots of tears on next week's very emotional episode of Real Housewives of Miami. Indeed, one of the ladies says that she actually wants to die.
In a preview video clip from next week's Season 3, Episode 11, Marysol Patton heads over to Alexia Echevarria's home to help Alexia celebrate her anniversary to husband Herman. "I know it's your anniversary, but I brought red velvet cake for Frankie," Marysol tells her.
However, the happiness ends there as Marysol tearfully tells Alexia that her mom, Elsa's, health is deteriorating and that she might not have much time left. "I don't know why she's getting worse instead of getting better," Marysol says about Elsa, who recently suffered a stroke. "I don't know what she's talking about; I don't understand. I feel like I'm losing my mom."
"I never thought I'd see my mother like this — I just want to snap my fingers and make her better," Marysol continues. "She just tells me that she wants to die. What do I tell her?"
Marysol says she can't fathom being without Elsa. "If I lost my mother, I don't know if I could recover — I don't know if I could get out of bed," she admits. "We're so close. I would die with her."
Luckily, Marysol has a kindred spirit in Alexia, who has seen her son Frank endure his share of health issues. "I feel like the only person in the world that understands and can talk reason to me and help me through this, is Alexia," she says.
Our thoughts are with Elsa and her family as we continue to wish Elsa a speedy recovery.
