With the sudden announcement of the Real Housewives of Miami pushing back the season premiere of the Real Housewives of New York, many speculated that the New York show was in trouble. Andy Cohen spoke to The Los Angeles Times to dispel the rumors.
“No conspiracy here, folks,” said Andy Cohen, executive vice president of original programming and development for Bravo. “We have an embarrassment of riches with Miami and New York, and can assure you that the Real Housewives of NYC will be well worth the wait, and the Real Housewives of Miami is hot, hot, hot.”
The Real Housewives of Miami premieres Tuesday February 22, on Bravo. The Real Housewives of New York will return “later this spring.”
