Just a few months ago, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice denied rumors that she sold photos of her exclusive birthday bash to the tabloids for money. The Jersey mama even joked about calling photogs to snap shots of her spare cash. However, RadarOnline exclusively learned that Tre earns tons of spare cash just for making appearances!
According to Radar, the RHoNJ star gets “denaro” (that’s money in Italian) for showing up to events, cafés, and book signings. And if you think Bravo is cutting the check at these events, you’re sadly mistaken.
“She shows up, she gets a lot of attention for the place and then at the end of the night she’s given an envelope and that is cash for her. Straight cash, not a check or anything,” said a source.
But when you consider that Teresa is not only the top earner on RHoNJ, but also one of the most sought after ladies of all the H’wives, you can’t be surprised. Tre’s “a big draw” for crowds, and it’ll only make sense for a promotional event to tap into that popularity — with Teresa’s consent, of course.
“Teresa had the arrangement made in advance and she was given the cash at the end of the event, if it was a book signing it would be just cash on top of the profits from the book. Or if it was a boutique opening or party at a store she would get paid for that too,” gabbed the source.
Teresa and her hubby may have filed for bankruptcy a couple years ago, but now it looks like the two are rolling in the grilled pizza dough.
