It's hard for us to imagine that Teresa Giudice could actually end up behind bars, but at least one person has no doubts that she will be able to stay out of the slammer. According to North Jersey, a local news website, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman is confident that both Teresa and Joe will be convicted.

In case you aren't up-to-date on the scandal, the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple has been charged in a 39-count fraud indictment. The charges — conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, five counts each of bank fraud and making false statements on loan applications, and 23 counts of bankruptcy fraud — could put the famous pair in jail for up to 30 years.

As of right now, both parties plan on pleading "Not Guilty" at their next court appearance on August 14, but Fishman is sure that Giudice's are going down.

“The investigation went on for a pretty long time and we’re confident we have enough evidence to convict the defendants beyond a reasonable doubt,” he said.
