In the wake of her family’s legal troubles, Teresa Giudice not only plans to attend the reunion special for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but she also intends on filming the show’s next season.

A show insider tells In Touch that the reality star, “has no plans to stop filming.” This comes as no surprise to fans who have watched Tre smile for the cameras while out with her family this week and even attend an awards show on July 31.

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are currently facing up to 50 years in prison after being charged with 39 counts of federal fraud.

And though the stakes are high and the case is stressful for her family, Teresa’s received encouragement to stay on the Bravo show. Her lawyer, Henry Klingeman, has even told reporters that he thinks Teresa should continue taping the show, calling it a “source of passion for her and a source of support for her kids.”

The only problem with filming is that Tre and the other ladies won’t be allowed to talk about the case. And since this case is all over the news and a huge part of Teresa’s life, it could pose a potential issue for the show when Season 6 begins filming, reportedly in November.

Teresa has yet to confirm these claims, but if they’re true, do you think returning to the show is the right decision? Tell us below!
