Ever since Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted on 39 counts of fraud in late July, it’s remained unclear if or how Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey will cover their legal drama. But Wetpaint Entertainment has just learned that the show, indeed, will go on and that filming for season 6 will start in early September.

“Shooting will start earlier than expected because producers wanted to capture what’s happening with Teresa and Joe,” a show source exclusively tells Wetpaint Entertainment. A rep for Bravo had no comment.

“If Teresa gets put under house arrest, she’ll shoot from home,” the source explains.

For now, however, it’s business as usual for the mother of four, who is heading to a book signing at pal Kim D.’s Posche boutique later today after her 2:30 p.m. ET arraignment.

“She’s changing and coming straight to the event,” the source notes, adding, “Believe it or not, she seems to be doing ok.”
