We’re still waiting for the major fight between Johnny the Greek, Joe Gorga, and Jacqueline and Chris Laurita to play out in the Season 5 finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey this Sunday, but the charges against Joe and the Lauritas have been dropped that Johnny filed after the brawl have already been dropped.

Jacqueline even took to Twitter to celebrate and to dispel rumors that she had attacked Johnny with her stiletto.

“Case was dismissed 4a reason! Disgusting that He lied about me hitting him w/a shoe! It never happened! I didnt do that! Raw footage proves that!” she tweeted.

But an eyewitness from the Posche party exclusively spoke with Wetpaint Entertainment about the event and the altercation between Jacqueline and Johnny, saying that Jacqueline’s claims are, in fact, false.

“The truth is Jacqueline did take her shoes off and run at him,” the eyewitness who stood only a few feet from the melee exclusively tells us. “It happened directly after Chris Laurita and Joe Gorga were pulled off Johnny. After the men were separated, everyone in the crowd thought the fighting was over, but Jacqueline just snapped. She took both her high heels off and went running at Johnny. She went at his neck with one of her stilettos.”

Jacqueline was then pulled off Johnny, and after composing herself, grabbed her husband and exited the event.

“The whole cast – including Caroline, Teresa and Joe Giudice and Joe and Melissa Gorga – left very quickly after that. They were disgusted,” our eyewitness continued.

Teresa Giudice’s friend, Kim D., was left reeling at the damage.

“The salon got torn up during the fighting,” the eyewitness concludes. “Sinks were smashed and there was glass everywhere. And this was her brand new salon. She was livid.”
