These days Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga need some common ground. And they just got it...in a very unfortunate way. Once again, both of their families are in the midst of legal battles. In Touch reports that Melissa’s husband, Joe Gorga, is being sued for his involvement in that massive brawl that took place at Posche 2/Moxie back in March.

Both Joe and his brawl opponent, Chris Laurita, are being sued, as is Chris’s wife, Jacqueline Laurita, RHoNJ channel Bravo, and Moxie Salon. Though criminal charges were dropped back in September, Penny Karagiorgis and her husband, Johnny the Greek, have now filed a civil lawsuit.

In Touch has the court documents filed on October 3, which state that Johnny says he was physically attacked by Joe, Chris, and Jacqueline. And yes, the documents even specifically mention Jacqueline’s “stiletto-type shoe.”

It’s worth noting that Johnny and Penny did not name Teresa or Joe Giudice in their suit. But given the couple’s other (and much bigger) legal troubles, that seems to make sense.

Penny and her husband are seeking punitive damages and attorney fees, and they write that in addition to “scarring, disfigurement, fractured bones, facial lacerations,” they’ve also experienced psychological health problems, economic loss, and “shame and embarrassment.”

What do you think: Will Penny and Johnny get their victory in court, or will this case be dismissed like the last one? Head below to weigh in.
