We're beyond thrilled for Lauren Manzo — Caroline Manzo's daughter — and Vito Scalia, as the longtime couple got engaged last week. It's been great to see Lauren and Vito's relationship play out on Real Housewives of New Jersey over the years, but what exactly does Vito do for a living?

Let's just say that, if you're in the mood for a sandwich, it appears Vito is your man. Vito's family runs The Best of Little Italy deli in Monroe, NY, and  Vito works there, too.

Indeed, in his Twitter bio, he describes himself as a "deli clerk, sausage maker, and mozzarella man." And the deli has been featured on RHoNJ.

The deli's website gives more info about the family business, which is co-owned by Vito's dad, also named Vito. "Vito and Peter Scalia are second-generation caterers and purveyors of delicious Italian specialties," reads the site. "Their sons, Peter and Vito, have now joined the business to continue this heritage of delicious food."

"Each day, we prepare sausage, pasta, ravioli, and more in our in-store kitchen, using only the finest and freshest ingredients," the website adds. "We receive shipments daily of hot, fresh bread, pastries, and cheese. Other ingredients are imported direct, from Italy."

So there you go! We love that Vito is so close to his family, not to mention that it's hard to resist a guy who knows a thing or two about food.
